TURATTI GROUP SPONSORS THE NINTH EUROPEAN SHORT-COURSE ON “QUALITY AND SAFETY OF FRESH-CUT PRODUCE” IN PORTO
Since 2003, Turatti Group is proud to accompany as a sponsor, the short course for the “Quality and Safety of the Fourth Range Products” which, in its ninth edition, will be held in Porto.
From October 10th to 12th, 2018, fresh-cut fruit and vegetable scientists and experts from Portugal, Spain, Italy, England, Israel and the United States will be guests of the Faculty of Biotechnology of the Catholic University of Portugal in Porto at the Foz campus for this edition of the Short-Course.
Dr. Alessandro Turatti, President of Turatti North America, will hold a conference on “Equipment for Fresh Cut Salad Processing Lines“.
The course program targets the fruit and vegetable industry operators of the fresh-cut market, and will also involve food technologists, engineers, quality control staff, new product development, representatives of the public and private research and development sector, students, and experts in the food and catering industries.
The lessons will alternate with discussion sessions aimed at fostering networking and interaction among the participants, also encouraged through the organization of evening events.
