The machine was designed for longitudinally slicing the “Champignon de Paris” mushrooms. Mushrooms are aligned by means of a shaped vibrating table. Thanks to the versatility of this model, the machine can be easily integrated inside a complete processing line for fresh, fresh-cut or frozen mushrooms, but it can be also utilized as a stand-alone piece of equipment by mushrooms growers or catering operators (for pizza makers, ready meals, etc.).
