The Turatti SrL Service Department offers rapid, competent, and reliable support in case of emergency. Our Mobile Service Centers guarantee rapid and flexible assistance by service engineers on site.
We offer:
- immediate assistance by our service engineers in case of emergencies
- consultation on the phone in case of problems with the equipment, and process related questions
- remote diagnosis via modem
Maintence and inspection service
To ensure high reliability and a long service life of your equipment, periodical maintenance and inspection services are necessary. We offer professional and competent service according to fixed maintenance schedules. As your service partner, it is our aim to ensure maximum reliability for your production. The system is checked for wear and tear as well as any defects, and is adjusted to handle the rigors of day-to-day usage. We also review the system with possible optimization in mind. Servicing is carried out once or twice a year as required and depending on the agreement.
A condition report is prepared, showing which parts and components should be replaced or repaired in order to avert any operational failure.

How to order
In the manual of the concerning machine you will find a list with recommended spare parts with the belonging article numbers. On the type plate which is mounted on each machine, the order and drawing number are mentioned. For a quick and reliable spare parts settlement, the article number, drawing number and order number are necessary. By filling out the order form in the manual you can simply send it to us, or inquire if needed.
